These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between jl60 and all registered users of the jl60 platform. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or seek resolution through the courts. jl60 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or inquiry.
